Sharing our Service Model in US

Dear Friends,
Today was the last day of my one month US trip for sharing about the project i have been working on for last 2 years, aimed at holistic development of wonderful rag-picking women of Ahmedabad, Gujarat in Manav Sadhna. In last one month, we did a road-trip across 10 different places covering nearly 5,000 kms. The route was Chicago – Detroit – Michigan – Chicago – San Francisco – Los Angeles – San Diego – Sedona – Grand Canyon – Las Vegas – Zion- Las Vegas – Chicago.
The trip had everything I could have ever thought of experiencing. We had some really deep and positive sharing sessions at different places. I was blessed to meet more than 200 volunteers, friends and family of Manav Sadhna. It was very peaceful and inspiring to know that many souls are working/supporting for a good cause across the globe. It was a great learning experience both at personal and professional level. Apart from sharing sessions, we also visited some of most famous tourist destinations such as Universal Studio, NASA center, Disneyland, Grand Canyon, Sky diving center to name a few.
I fall short of words when it comes to express my deep gratitude and thankfulness towards friends and families of Manav Sadhna who just opened their hearts out in order to make this trip way beyond memorable. The love and affection i received is just unimaginable. Every single person had something to inspire others. Whether its Nilamaunty’s loving nature,Simaben/Rishbhai’s sincerity, Seemaben/Sethbhai’s humbleness, Bindiben’s jolly nature, Soham bhai’s simplicity, Devbhai’s planning, Sukhbhai’s sense of humor, Gauravbhai’s generosity, Nipunbhai’s dedication, Pancho’s execution of learning, Lauraben’s management, Marietteben’s thoughtfulness,Christian/Jinaben’s togetherness, Christineben’s caring nature, Shirish’s bhai sportiness, Shariq Sir’s grounded nature and many more.
Overall it was a complete package full of great learning experiences. Special thanks to Anuragbhai and Neha bhabhi for being there for us at every moment for any kind of support we needed throughout the trip.
I would like to take a moment to thank Nimeshbhai, Anjaliben and Shirishbhai for planning the whole tour with utmost care and passion making sure that we get maximum exposure out of the trip. It wouldn’t have been possible for us to pull of this trip without their continuous backstage support.
