Last few days had been around new actions, initiatives and goals.
At one end, we have started composting the wet waste on our new site using bio-culture with Chetanbhai leading this aspect whereas on the other end team was excited to have couple of more vehicles for waste collection.
At one end, we warmly welcomed our four new team members at leadership positions whereas on the other we felt satisfied to add five more sisters in our team preparing ourselves for the upcoming expansion. It feels fulfilling to witness new associations in different domain sharing the bigger vision of empowering our sisters.
At one end, it was a moment of pride to have received Fellowship Awards 2019 from Social Enterprise Academy while on the other it was an absolute pleasure to have Prof. Sujit Jagdale from XUB working on his paper in collaboration with Paryavaran Mitra which he will soon be presenting at John Carroll University, Ohio, USA.
But amongst all this, preparation for World Environment Day was the highlight for the fortnight. We will take this day as an opportunity to share our gratitude for the phenomenal service offered by these lovely women towards our society and mother Earth.
