Students – The Best Teacher

What better way could be there of spreading love and compassion than through kids.
In pursuit of our mission of bringing respect and dignity to Paryavaran Mitras, we are engaging with students of our city. We are involving them into a series of activities which gives them holistic knowledge about Waste & its management, rag-picking women & their phenomenal work and Mother Earth & our role for its better future.
Just by doing their bit at this young age, they are contributing towards mitigating the issue of Environment. To give an example, in our last two waste collection drives at St. Kabir School and Riverside, students donated nearly 100kgs of paper waste, which approximately saved 5 trees from being cut. These small acts of responsiveness inspires all of us.
