This is what is being done day-in & day-out by Paryavaran Mitra team with absolute sincerity and dedication.
As a token of gratitude and appreciation for this effort, a gathering was organised at Seva Cafe. The families of the team members were also invited so that they can also take a pride in the admirable work respective family members are doing.
The evening started with small prayer followed by circle of sharing. Rajubhai, coordinator & one of the pillars of Seva Cafe shared about the place & its vision. Ejaz bhai shared about Craftroot and how it is empowering artisans across Gujarat.
Then came the entertainment portion of the evening.
Robin, our volunteer from Bangladesh at Manav Sadhna, played guitar on some hit Bollywood songs apt for the evening. It was a moment of pride to see young girls Kajal and Hetal singing confidently in front of 50-odd people.
Musical part was followed by Passing the Pillow game which became super entertaining with Virenbhai’s presence. Everyone enjoyed a lot. Entertainment portion well ended with some Garba.
Finally, Food+Love = Prasad (Sacred Offering) was served which was delicious.
It was a blessing to have teachers of schools, volunteer and our Manav Sadhna family joining us on this occasion.
We hope to continue serving with same compassion and dedication gradually improving the lives of amazing Parayavaran Mitras….
